We are the new owners of the ex-Mitsubishi vaccine plant in Quebec City, Canada. This 700,000 SqF building comprised of brand new state-of-the-art clean rooms, lab spaces, utilities and a unique automated greenhouse. This facility is being converted in a multi-user hub in health sciences, including Pharma, biotech, medtech established companies or para-public organizations.
