Limited Warranty Analytical Instrument, LLC warrants its instruments to be free from defects in workmanship and materials during normal use by the original purchaser. This warranty shall continue for a period of ninety (90) days, commencing from the date of shipment or transfer from the original purchaser, whichever time comes first. Extended warranties of 6 months or 1 year are available for a negotiated fee. This warranty is limited to the repair or replacement of parts that prove to be defective during the warranty period. This warranty does not cover consumable or peripheral items supplied with the instrument. This warranty is not transferable nor valid for parts damaged, lost or which fail because of accident, environmental conditions (including but not limited to dust, heat, humidity), electrical service anomaly, fire, theft, acts of nature (including but not limited to storm, earthquake, flood), vandalism, negligence, misuse, spills, abuse or the use of supplies which may have a detrimental effect on the instrument and/or its parts. This warranty does not remove the responsibility of the customer requirements to perform daily, weekly and monthly maintenance procedures as outlined in the operators manual. If you encounter a problem with your instrument during the warranty period, AI’s Service Department shall provide telephone support or the parts, labor, freight and travel required to repair the instrument. Should the issue not be resolved by telephone, at our discretion, We shall: a) Ship parts for user to replace b) Ship unit back to Analytical Instruments for repair c) Arrange for onsite repair either by Analytical Instruments or by an authorized representative This warranty will not extend to any service, repairs or modification made to the instrument by any party other than Analytical Instruments, LLC or its authorized representative. Liability for all matters from the supply, installation, use, repair and maintenance of the instrument, whether arising under this Warranty or otherwise, shall be limited solely to the replacement of components thereof. Including replacements at the sole discretion of Analytical Instruments, LLC. In no event shall Analytical Instruments, LLC be liable for injuries sustained by third parties, consequential damages, or loss of profits. Replaced parts shall become the property of Analytical Instruments, LLC. The foregoing warranty is in lieu of all other warranties expressed, implied, or statutory, including but not limited to, warranties of merchantability and of fitness for a particular purpose or use.Analytical Instruments LLC
