I check my msgs often and will respond quickly. PAYMENT INFO: We accept payments through Paypal, where you can use most major credit cards, even if you don't have a Paypal account. Payment must be received within 4 days of purchase. SHIPPING INFO: Shipping & handling costs are not included in the listed sale price. Please contact us for a shipping quote. We normally use FedEx or UPS Ground services, with insurance against damage during shipment. You are welcome to arrange and pay for shipping services through your own preferred carrier from your own account. A handling fee of 20$ will still apply. Shipments are usually made within 2 business days of payment at the most, however larger heavier items may require special packaging which can take an extra day or two. We'll keep you informed throughout the process. Local pick-up is available with no shipping charges, or I can deliver within a 75 mile radius of Madison WI for a fee of 50 cents/mile round trip, if we are able to arrange a mutually convenient time and place. If you still need it completely packaged, there will be an added 20$ handling fee. RETURN / REFUND INFO: Please read the following conditions carefully. Ship the item back to me within 14 days of receiving the item. The item must arrive to me in the same condition that I sent it in. For example, if I shipped something to you in one piece, but you break it after receiving it, that’s not my fault and I won’t give you a refund for that.
