All equipment bought at Hamilton instrument Comes with a 90 Day from date of purchase warranty (unless stated otherwise in product ad). Warranties are subject to Hamilton instruments approval. We will not repair or replace any items/instruments within the guarantee period in cases of abuse, damage, return shipping damage, misuse or lack of user knowledge. Hamilton Instruments is not responsible for any consumable items of any kind whether provided or not in the original sale.

Returns:

Returns will not be accepted without prior authorization from Kromatex, LLC. Buyer must first contact Kromatex. by email or phone for approval prior to returning any equipment. Unauthorized returns will be refused at the receiving dock. Buyer is responsible for properly packaging equipment (this is very important!) and the cost of shipping and insurance. Kromatex LLC. shall not be responsible for damages or delays resulting from Acts of God, and from other actions, both governmental and otherwise, including but not limited to war, riot, seizure, terrorism, and embargo.
