We take great care in packaging every item to ensure it arrives safely and in the condition described. Whether it’s a microscope, incubator, or other delicate lab equipment, we use strong boxes, clean packing materials, and custom packaging when needed. Larger or fragile items may be secured to a pallet or placed in a custom crate at no additional cost to you. We typically ship within 1 to 2 business days after receiving cleared payment. For domestic shipments, we select the most reliable carrier—UPS, FedEx, or USPS—based on the item’s size, weight, and destination. Once your item ships, you’ll receive a tracking number automatically so you can monitor your delivery. For larger or more sensitive equipment over 150 lbs, we arrange freight shipping. If your item ships via freight, we’ll need the destination address, whether it is a commercial or residential location, and if a liftgate is required for unloading. Please provide this information promptly after purchase to avoid delays. If incorrect or incomplete shipping details are provided, the buyer may be responsible for any additional carrier fees. We also offer free local pickup from our warehouse in Plano, Texas for buyers in the DFW area or those arranging their own transport. We’re happy to help with loading, and no handling fees apply.Return Policy:
