Shipping Policy:

We will determine best method of shipping based upon item and shipping location. Our preferred shipping method FedEx Ground service unless item require freight service. We will pick the LTL carrier of our choice to safely and securely transport its destination. BUYER is responsible for any taxes, duties and any other applicable charges associated with items being shipped internationally. If a shipment is incomplete, please retain all shipping documents and packing materials, and notify us as soon as possible (no later than five business days after receiving item). If a shipment is damaged, accept the shipment and retain all shipping documents, cartons, and packing materials for inspection. Make a note on the waybill of any visible damage at the time of receipt. Report the damage as soon as possible. Once a shipment of the product you ordered has been released to the carrier, you become the owner of the goods and are responsible for claiming any damage.

Return Policy:

Customers who cancel orders after refurbishing has begun or after delivery where there are no equipment performance issues will be subject to a 20% Restocking Fee and responsible for 100% of Shipping & Handling costs for both the delivery and the return. We issue RA Numbers upon request for all returns so we can track and ensure appropriate credit to your account.
