Special Packaging
We take great care packaging every item to ensure safe shipment to you. We have a dedicated shipping department. We use new boxes and top quality packaging materials and equipment. We build custom skids for oversized items shipped domestically and if an item requires a crate. We do not charge any additional fees for palletizing or packaging.

Standard Domestic Shipping
Standard shipping methods are chosen for you at our discretion, either by USPS, FedEx or UPS. Tracking numbers are emailed automatically at the end of the business day, once your shipment has left our facility.

Freight
We use freight for larger and/or sensitive items. Items over 70 pounds will likely ship on a pallet or crate. When you purchase an item designated for freight shipment Please contact us with:

Your shipping address
Confirm if your address is commercial or residential
Inform us if you require a lift gate. ($50 fee)

Failure to provide this information could result in extra fees assessed by the carrier and we may bill you for the difference.

Free Pick-up
Will-call is available for those arranging their own freight carriers and local pick-ups. We do not charge an extra fee if you want to pick you item up or arrange your own shipping.

Return Policy:

If you are unsatisfied with your purchase in any way, please contact us first so we can rectify the situation immediately. Your complete satisfaction is more than enough motivation for us to do whatever it takes to make things right!

All equipment purchased from Amp Tech Solutions LLC. includes a 30 day parts and labor warranty unless otherwise specified in the listing. Amp Tech Solutions LLC, warranties that should a product purchased from or repaired by us fail to meet its advertised specifications, within its stated warranty period, (period begins on shipment date) we will replace, repair or refund the product at our discretion.

We will not accept any return on an item listed for "parts or repair/not working"

Unless specifically stated in writing otherwise, all warranted service is performed at our facility in Orlando, Florida. Customers are responsible for all packing & transportation costs associated with the return of any item for warranty repair. We do not take responsibility for the suitability of the equipment to fit a particular application. We are not responsible for the customer's ability to operate the equipment that they purchase. The customer's configuration requirements are their responsibility.

All items must be returned in exact condition received, including any accessories & packaging when applicable. You are also responsible to make sure the item is shipped back to us in a safe and secure manner, if it is damaged when we receive it the package will be refused. If tampering is detected or our security seals are altered in any way, no refund will be issued regardless of reason for return.
