The easyXAFS300 spectrometer is a turnkey instrument which includes the following components:

Steel radiation enclosure:

Status lights, multi-point safety interlocks, safety signage, two baffled cable/line feedthroughs, riser (locking casters) with lower shelves to support electronics.

X-ray Tube:

1200 W, liquid-cooled x-ray tube source assembly

Power Supply:

40kV high voltage power supply and x-ray shutter assembly with multipoint safety interlocks

Chiller:

Closed-loop, recirculating chiller with water-to-air heat exchange for x-ray tube cooling

Detector:

Energy resolving SDD detector;

Crystal analyzers
