Imex Medical Systems

In September 1997, Imex Medical Systems, Incorporated completed a merger with NBI Acquisition Corp., a wholly owned subsidiary of Nicolet Biomedical, Inc., which was owned by Thermo Electron Corporation. As a result of the merger, Imex Medical Systems became a wholly owned subsidiary of Nicolet. Previously, Imex Medical Systems, Incorporated was engaged in the development, manufacture, marketing, and servicing of non-invasive medical diagnostic and monitoring instruments for use by physicians in private practice, clinics, and hospitals. Nicolet Vascular Inc. operates as a subsidiary of Viasys Healthcare Inc.
