Beckman LS 3801

The Beckman 3801 scintillation counter is a benchtop, microprocessor-controlled spectrometer for radio-nuclide measuring. The instrument can be operated in either a manual or automatic mode. It counts samples in a liquid format, either with the standard 20mL glass or plastic vials or with 6mL miniature vials, 120V, 60Hz, 4.5A. Two photomultiplier tubes are used to register a light event at the same coincidence which will register as a count.
