Capsule Sorter

Originally designed in the 1970’s to replace the old coating pan and salt method of cleaning. These capsule polishers are a must for any company producing hard gelatin capsules. The units are adjustable to any height discharge from any capsule filler, and can handle capsule speeds of up to 300,000 per hour. Equipped with an M-T capsule sorter this unit will actually cleans capsules and sorts out any empty capsules which may be produced and collects them in a separate sorting chamber. Economically priced, these units are built in the U.S.A. are usually a stock item and supported by 'off the shelf' replacement parts.
