ChemFeed is the shortened version of Chemical Feed Equipment. Chemical feed is concerned with the design of systems or equipment for the control and metering of chemicals for water treatment or process control. Most chemical feed is focused around metering pumps of some type and the injection of a liquid chemical. Typical applications are for the disinfection of water, pH adjustment of water, solids removal or turbidity control, or heavy metals precipitation.
