The FETTE Compacting 3200i is a double-sided rotary tablet press designed for the production of medium to very large batches. It can produce single- and bi-layer tablets. The 3200i tablet press is part of the i Series, which is known for its innovative design, system compatibility, and digital connectivity.
Like every unit in the i Series, the 3200i features an RFID (Radio Frequency Identification) option to improve process reliability and avoid operating errors. It also includes the TRI.EASY design for user-friendly handling of machines and tools. The Containment Guard establishes the retention efficiency of containment tableting systems.
The tablet press can output up to 1.584 million tablets per hour with a max tablet size of 34mm. It has a height of 2,024 mm, a width of 1,390 mm, a depth of 1,390 mm, and weighs approximately 4,400 kg.
