With the IBI line of Gel-Electrophoresis units, you can perform analytical and preparative separations of nucleic acids simply and efficiently. Each system has a wide variety of comb types and comes with a totally foolproof gel casting system. The three piece acrylic construction resists cracking and warping unlike many molded units. The patented vented lid dissipates heat for cool and fast separations. The patented gravity electrode connector eliminates sample disturbance during setup and increases user safety by disconnecting the power to the unit when the lid is removed. Buffer recirculation ports plug easily and completely seal ports when not needed. The UV-transmittant casting tray with multiple comb slots allow maximum sample capacity.
