Welch CRVPro 8 Rotary Vane Vacuum Pump

The Welch CRVPro family of vacuum pumps are two-stage, oil sealed rotary vane vacuum pumps that include all of the features you would expect in a direct drive rotary vane pump: a gas ballast, forced oil lubrication, anti-suckback mechanism, thermal overload protection, and more. The CRVPro series provides the latest technology in rotary vane vacuum pumps, operating at 10°C cooler than other direct drive oil sealed vacuum pumps. This allows for less reaction to the oil from contaminants and less oil consumption as well. The lower operating temperature keeps the oil more viscous, limiting oil mist from the exhaust.

The CRVPro series of pumps also feature a PTFE lined oil case and black oxide coated module for increased chemical resistance. Both coatings act to slow metal corrosion and when coupled with foreline traps, extend the service intervals. These pumps have a 40% larger oil capacity than comparable pumps, which dilutes aggressive chemicals more efficiently. The Welch CRVPro series of vacuum pumps can be used for applications such as freeze drying, vacuum ovens, schlenk lines, backing turbo molecular pumps, degassing, vessel/chamber evacuation, and more. With an exceptionally quiet noise level and the highest reliability for stable operation and long product lifespan, the Welch CRVPro series of pumps provide an excellent, economical starting point for labs looking tor each deep vacuum levels.
