New Brunswick Scientific CelliGen 310

CelliGen 310 is a benchtop, autoclavable cell culture bioreactor, ideally suited for producing gram quantities of secreted products and high yields of biomass from anchorage-dependent or suspension cultures. For secreted products, a unique basket filled with Fibra-Cel disk support enables high-density growth of cultures, with simplified harvesting of proteins from the cell-free medium. For cellmass production, the stirred-tank can be employed with a variety of optional specialized impellers. An extra-large, easy-to-use touchscreen interface regulates up to 32 control loops per bioreactor, and up to 4 bioreactors simultaneously. One thermal mass flow controller (TMFC) provided as standard for gas flow (0.1 - 5L), with options for up to three additional TMFCs in variable flow ranges offered. cGMP-compliant, with validation and training packages available.
