OTF-1200X3-Z4

OTF-1200X3-Z4 is a long split 3" (I.D) Four-zone tube furnace with 800 mm (4x200mm) heating zone, which can achieve faster heating up to 1200oC and create smooth thermal gradient or one uniform constant temperature zone by adjust four zone temperature. The furnace includes one 80 mm O.D x 1400mm L fused quartz tube, one pair of vacuum sealing flanges with pressure gauge & ball valve for immediate use.

Four30 segments temperature controllers are installed with K type thermal couple. Microprocessor-based self-tuning PID control provides excellent control without overshooting and +/- 1 oC accuracy. It is an excellent furnace for annealing, diffusing and sintering sample in various atmospheres.

Thermo-couple, Power cord and 80 mm O.D. x 55" length, quartz tube and stainless steel sealing flange with gauge/valve are included for immediate use.

OTF-1200X-V

OTF-1200X-V is a long split 3" (I.D) Five-zone tube furnace with 810 mm (1 zone 200mm + 4 zone 152mm) heating zone, which can achieve faster heating up to 1200oC and create smooth thermal gradient or one uniform constant temperature zone by adjust four zone temperature. The furnace includes one 80 mm O.D x 1400mm L fused quartz tube, one pair of vacuum sealing flanges with pressure gauge & ball valve for immediate use.

OTF-1100X5Z6 is a long split 5" (I.D) Six-zone tube furnace with 1800 mm (6x300mm) heating zone, which is made by connecting two 3 zones tube furnace OTF1200X5. It can achieve faster heating up to 1100oC and create smoother thermal gradient or one uniform constant temperature zone by adjusting six zone temperature. The furnace includes one 5.3"O.D x 5" I.D x 2200mm L fused quartz tube, one pair of vacuum sealing flanges with pressure gauge & ball valve for immediate use.
