The TSU600D reaches a temperature range from -50 degrees Celsius to -85 degrees Celsius at 32 degrees Celsius (90 degrees Fahrenheit) ambient. It can hold up to 815 liters or 28.8 cu. ft. 600 Standard 2-inch boxes.

Our Testing Process

1. Upon arrival, the freezer undergoes a thorough visual inspection to assess its overall condition.

2. The interior and exterior of the unit are cleaned using a dry ice blasting method to remove buildup and contaminants without damaging components.

3. The freezer technician checks the ambient pressures of the high and low side compressors (if applicable) and performs an amperage check to confirm proper electrical draw. Compressors are also monitored for excessive noise and heat. The freezer is then powered on and observed to ensure it is cooling in accordance with the manufacturer's specifications.

4. Refrigeration lines are reinsulated to enhance thermal efficiency and prevent condensation.

5. Door seals and other essential components are inspected and replaced as necessary to maintain proper sealing and functionality.

6. In air-cooled units, the condenser and fans are responsible for dissipating heat. Fan alignment is checked, the condenser is inspected and cleaned to ensure adequate airflow, and the air filter is cleaned or replaced as required.

7. The backup display battery is tested for proper voltage and replaced if necessary to ensure uninterrupted display functionality during power loss.

8. After the unit has been running for a set period, the lowest interior temperature is recorded and verified to ensure it falls within the manufacturer's specified guidelines.
