Return Policy

WARRANTY AND RETURN POLICY: All instruments are covered by the full manufacturers warranty. Returns are accepted at the discretion of the manufacturer, and may incur a restocking fee. Shipping and handling fees are not refundable. Damage in shipping must be reported within 24 hours to the shipping company and to Labequip. If the box is damaged on delivery, be sure to note the damage on the bill of lading before signing for receipt.

Our continued success in business for over 40 years is based on our commitment to total customer satisfaction. We will try our best to resolve any reasonable complaints. Please contact us as soon as possible after receipt of the item if there is anything that is not to your satisfaction.

HOURS: Monday-Friday 9-4:30 Eastern time. We are not open to the public. Your e-mail will be answered as soon as possible. SHIPPING AND TERMS OF PAYMENT: Payment are wire transfer, email transfer or credit card (under $3000) at time of invoicing. We strive to ship ordersas quickly as possible, but this is dependent on lead times from manufactueres. We do not ship COD, third-party billing, or to PO boxes. Please ask for a quote on shipping, which will include customs and brokerage charges within Canada, and mandatory insurance. Net 30 terms are only granted to universities, governments, and public hospitals. For deliveries to California and Canada, we are required by law to collect sales tax as applicable.
