All sales are final. If the purchaser received a product that is an "out-of-box" failure, then the product may be returned for refund or replacement. All returns must be authorized by MicroDysis via a Return Authorization in order to ensure proper refund or replacement. Requests must be made within ten days of purchase by calling Customer Service at 609-423-4789. All other returns will incur a 20% restocking fee, excluding shipping charges.  Shipping charges are non-refundable. Products must be in completely resalable condition (including all packaging and related accessories). Refunds and replacements shall not be granted for merchandise that is not in original condition.
