Payment Options For customers in the United States and Canada, credit cards (Visa, MasterCard, or American Express), wire transfers or PayPal are acceptable forms of payment. For all other countries, we accept only wire transfers as payment.
Shipping Orders ship within 3-5 days from receipt of payment, providing there are no errors or pending issues. Customs, duties and brokerage fees may be applicable in some countries. All duties and brokerage fees, if any, are the buyer’s responsibility.
Warranty Warranty terms vary by product. Goods can be returned for warranty or repair work during the warranty period or as needed; the customer is responsible for return shipping fees and for packaging safely.
Returns All returns must be pre-approved prior to shipping. Contact customer service (info@adamequipment.com or 203- 790-4774) for a return authorization number (RMA#). Items returned without an RMA# will be returned to the sender at the sender’s expense, so please do not send any product to us without prior approval. Returns must be repackaged in original packing materials and received in "like new" condition. Using other packing materials may result in a 20% restocking fee that will be deducted from your refund amount. All items and accessories must be returned. Items that are missing parts or accessories will not be accepted for a refund.
All items must be examined carefully upon receipt to ensure they are correct and undamaged. Returns for damaged items are accepted within five days of item receipt. Adam Equipment will provide a replacement or offer a full refund for damaged items, and will pay for return shipping. After five days, damaged returns will be considered on a case-by-case basis, and will include a restocking fee if approved.
Undamaged items will be accepted for a refund for up to 14 days from buyer’s receipt of the product. The buyer is responsible for the cost of shipping to return the product directly to Adam Equipment for a refund, minus a 20% restocking fee (the product must be returned new and unused).
