Customer pays all shipping and crating. Jugnie Scientific maintains strict guidelines when packing and shipping instruments to our customers.

Jugnie Scientific may, in its sole discretion, authorize returns of Equipment in appropriate circumstances, subject to such conditions as Jugnie Scientific may specify. Any such return will be subject to the express prior authorization of Jugnie Scientific and payment by Buyer of a restocking charge of a minimum of 25% of the purchase price of the Equipment. Upon receipt, the returned equipment will be subject to Jugnie Scientific evaluation and inspection for damage and/or abuse which may result in an adjustment of the restocking charge. No returns will be authorized after Thirty (30) days following shipment to Buyer.
