HOURS: Monday-Friday 9-4:30 Eastern time. We are not open to the public. Your e-mail will be answered as soon as possible. SHIPPING AND TERMS OF PAYMENT: Payment are wire transfer, email transfer or credit card (under $3000) at time of invoicing. We strive to ship ordersas quickly as possible, but this is dependent on lead times from manufactueres. We do not ship COD, third-party billing, or to PO boxes. Please ask for a quote on shipping, which will include customs and brokerage charges within Canada, and mandatory insurance. Net 30 terms are only granted to universities, governments, and public hospitals. For deliveries to California and Canada, we are required by law to collect sales tax as applicable.
