Shipping Policy:
We are happy to offer our LabX customers free shipping to the US and Canada on all our
refurbished instruments. Canadian customers will need to provide us with customs broker information to facilitate the order processing. Please note that we only ship to established commercial addresses; we cannot deliver to residential locations.
Return Policy:
Returns are accepted within 14 days of delivery, provided you have prior written permission and an RMA number from our team. Items must be in their original condition and packaging. Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the buyer. Please be aware that a 20% restocking fee may apply.
Warranty: Our refurbished instrumentation comes with a 90-day standard warranty from delivery (onsite parts and labor). Of installation services are included, the warranty is 6-months from date of install (onsite parts and labor). Systems that are marked as Used carry a 30-day warranty. Systems marked as “As Is” are sold without a warranty.
Orders Outside The US/Canada:While we are happy to
sell to customers outside of the US and Canada, we do
not ship to international destinations. For international orders, we can ship to a destination within the US, or you may arrange for a pickup from our facility in
The Woodlands, TX.
We international orders operate under Ex Works (EXW) terms. This means the buyer assumes all costs, risks, and responsibilities for loading, export clearance, and transportation. All international sales are offered
As-Is, as we do not currently have technical support, installation, training, or extended warranties available outside the US. We must know the end user and address. Full payment is required prior to shipment. As an added layer of peace-of-mind for international refurbished systems orders, we are pleased to accommodate Conditional POs.
