Our line of Spex® SamplePrep products provide superior sample preparation equipment and supplies for spectroscopists. Spex SamplePrep equipment is used to prepare samples for a wide range of analytical technologies including XRF, AA, and ICP. Much of our sample preparation equipment is also used for cutting-edge research in pharmaceuticals, superconductors, polymers, and genetics.

Cole-Parmer warranties products sold against defects in material or workmanship. Please register your Cole-Parmer brand products to ensure quality service as stated in our full Terms and Conditions.

Recommendations made by Cole-Parmer regarding the properties, qualities, use or application of products sold by Cole-Parmer are believed to be reliable, but Cole-Parmer makes no representation or warranty whatsoever with respect to any such recommendation, and expressly disclaims any and all liability therefore. The Customer shall be solely responsible for decisions regarding its uses or applications of products purchased from Cole-Parmer.

In the US only, orders placed by 1:30 pm Central Time (CT) and containing all 'In Stock' items will ship from our warehouse the same day.

For orders with temporarily unavailable items, we will ship the items based on your selection to either ship the complete order once all items are in stock or ship items as they become available. All orders will ship via the shipping method chosen when the order was placed. See our full Terms and Conditions.

When ordering calibration services, the availability date indicates the estimated time to calibrate the instrument once we have the instrument in our facility.

Certain freight charges can be estimated in your cart during checkout, but you must enter your zip code or be logged into your account. We cannot provide estimated shipping charges during checkout under various conditions. (Examples: items that are oversized, drop-shipped from the manufacturer, or shipping outside the U.S.) Orders that include drop-shipped items (i.e., chemicals) may be charged separate shipping and handling fees.

If a shipping method is not specified, we will determine the most expedient and efficient means of shipment. Appropriate charges (such as freight and insurance), provided by the various carriers used by Cole-Parmer, will be added to your invoice. These charges are determined (at the time of shipment) by product plus packaging weight, overall package dimensions, as well as any other special shipping requirements, such as HAZMAT materials. Your final shipping costs may differ.
