Seller provides no guarantees regarding its functionality or performance. Buyer's Responsibility: Buyer acknowledges that the equipment's suitability for their intended use is their responsibility. Buyer is solely responsible for ensuring the equipment meets their requirements. Exclusive Remedy: Seller's sole obligation under this warranty is to repair or replace, at Seller's discretion, any defective equipment covered by the warranty. In no event shall Seller be liable for any other damages, including but not limited to consequential, incidental, or indirect damages. Shipping and Import: Buyer is solely responsible for import paperwork, fees, and/or any applicable taxes.
