Return Policy:

These terms and conditions ("Agreement") govern the sale of equipment by BioNex Scientific LLC ("Seller") to the purchaser ("Buyer") as outlined in the sales invoice. By submitting payment for the equipment, Buyer agrees to the following terms: Sales Final: All sales are final, unless otherwise agreed upon in writing and approved prior to sale. Once the transaction is complete, no returns, refunds, or exchanges will be accepted, unless explicitly states otherwise in Agreement. Condition and Testing: The Equipment sold by Seller has been thoroughly tested and is confirmed to be in good working condition, unless specifically marked 'as is' or 'for parts only' in the invoice. As is' or 'For Parts Only': If the equipment is labeled 'as is' or 'for parts only', it is sold in its current condition, without any warranties, either expressed or implied. Seller provides no guarantees regarding its functionality or performance. Buyer's Responsibility: Buyer acknowledges that the equipment's suitability for their intended use is their responsibility. Buyer is solely responsible for ensuring the equipment meets their requirements. Exclusive Remedy: Seller's sole obligation under this warranty is to repair or replace, at Seller's discretion, any defective equipment covered by the warranty. In no event shall Seller be liable for any other damages, including but not limited to consequential, incidental, or indirect damages. Shipping and Import: Buyer is solely responsible for import paperwork, fees, and/or any applicable taxes. Seller will ensure item is packaged to meet international shipping standards.For greater clarity, Seller will ensure and purchase additional shipping insurance for transportation. Entire Agreement: This agreement constitutes the entire understanding between Seller and Buyer regarding the equipment sale and supersedes all prior agreements, representations, and understandings.
