Items are sold “as described” and we stand 100% behind what is written in our listings and we guarantee all of our items against DOA unless otherwise mentioned in the description. Returns are accepted within 14 days for items listed in working condition only and buyer is responsible for proper packaging to prevent damage to returned products, return shipping and handling costs. Items that are sold “AS IS” or listed for parts or repair are not eligible for refunds or exchanges of any kind. Shipping cost will not be refunded for items purchased in error or for other return reasons. However, if you receive your item, and it is significantly different (wrong product) than described, please contact us, and we will arrange for a full refund or product exchange. Handling Time: Will ship product within 5 business days of receiving cleared payment. The handling time is the number of business days we will take to ship the item after receiving your cleared payment. A payment is considered "cleared" after the money from the buyer has been deposited into the seller’s account. If the buyer pays by PayPal, the payment may clear immediately. However, in categories where permitted, if the buyer pays by check, money order, or eCheck, it may take several days. This does not include the number of business days the shipping service will take to deliver the item to you.
